At Premier Carpet Cleaning we always strive to do the best job we possibly can. However occasionally things come up and we may have to go over them again . We are quite happy to do so however we need you to contact us within 7 days. It is not resonable to contact us several days after the fact as we have no way of knowing what has transpired since our visit . If something unforseen happens it is usually whithin 24 hours. Call us in 7 days or less and we will Gladly fix things at no cost to you.
